Role OverviewAs a Financial Aid Advisor, you will meet and communicate with current, prospective, and alumni students to guide them through the financial aid process. You will report directly to the Director of Financial Aid and be responsible for administering, determining eligibility, and processing student financial aid.
What You Will Do
You will process verification and disbursements, award state and federal aid to eligible students, counsel students and parents, provide estimates and packaging information, and perform default management and financial literacy programs.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2+ years of Financial Aid experience preferred
- Campus VUE experience preferred
- Computer knowledge is recommended, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Attention to detail with the capability to multi-task
