Job Description
The Financial Aid Officer advises prospective and current students regarding financial aid options, including the availability of Title IV Programs. The FAO ensures that students are packaged on time and within compliance standards, and works directly with the Campus President to develop improvements to the overall quality and environment of the Financial Aid Department.
Requirements
High School Diploma (GED acceptable) from an academic institution accredited by a regional or national accrediting agency that is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
1 year of experience in a customer service-related field
Ability to multitask while maintaining organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
Must not be in default on any federal student loan
