Job Description
The Financial Analyst will be a key member of the finance team in financial planning, forecasting, metric tracking, and strategic data analysis to support a rapidly evolving company in Cairo, Egypt.

Requirements

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning.
  • Analyze financial data, prepare reports on performance metrics (revenue, expenses, cash flow, KPIs).
  • Support monthly and quarterly closing, performance reviews, and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product, operations) to monitor budgets and analyze business drivers.
  • Track growth metrics (customer acquisition cost, CAC; lifetime value, LTV; churn; burn rate; runway).
  • Participate in the setup and improvement of finance processes, controls, and systems, with a lean operations mindset.
  • Control and monitor OPEX spending via PR and PO review with cross-functional teams to ensure budget discipline and cost efficiency.
  • Provide financial analysis and support for special projects and initiatives as requested by senior management.
