Role OverviewThe Financial Analyst will assist in financial planning, analysis, and reporting for Encore Boston Harbor. The role will also render support for ad-hoc analyses and tasks required by all departments on property.
What You Will Do
The Financial Analyst will prepare financial analysis, maintain efficient data sourcing procedures, and provide assistance in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial analyses.

Requirements
- 21 years of age or above
- Will be required to obtain and maintain registration or a license issued by the Massachusetts Gaming Commission
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in a related field or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 3 years of experience preferred
- Requires general computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
- Mastery of Excel
- Candidate must have experience with planning and project management
- Must possess outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills, as well as excellent attention to detail
