Role OverviewThe Financial Analyst - Operations FP&A serves as a key finance partner supporting Workplace Services laboratory and service operations in Lake Forest, Illinois. This role collaborates closely with operational leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to provide financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytical support that enables informed decision-making and drives operational performance.
What You Will Do
Deliver actionable financial insights and recommendations that support resource allocation, business planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze financial and operational data to help leadership identify trends, evaluate performance, understand key business drivers, and make data-driven decisions that support organizational goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, operational finance, or a related finance function
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business performance analysis
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
- Willingness to travel periodically, as required
