Role OverviewUT Southwestern is seeking a motivated Financial Analyst I to support the dynamic and growing Nursing Finance team. The role will provide financial and operational support to Nursing leadership through monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and other departmental reporting activities.
What You Will Do
Prepare monthly financial management reports, analyze budget, forecast, and actual performance, and assist in identifying the operational drivers contributing to financial variances.
