Financial Analyst, Investor Relations

Requirements

• Assist in the development, formatting, and updating of the quarterly and annual investor relations presentation deck
• Research and compile market data, peer benchmarking, and industry trends to support investor communications and strategic decision-making
• Prepare presentation materials, talking points, and supplemental analyses for investor meetings, earnings calls, and board presentations
• Support the Equity Administrator in the day-to-day management and maintenance of the equity management tool
• Assist with processing equity transactions such as grants, vestings, exercises, and terminations within the equity platform
• Help generate equity-related reports for internal stakeholders, auditors, and external counsel as needed
• Maintain and organize the investor relations database, contact lists, and key documentation
• Coordinate logistics for investor events, roadshows, and conferences
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as directed by the CFO and senior finance leadership
