Job Description
The New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its Asset & Capital Management (A&CM) Division. The successful candidate will perform financial and quantitative analysis, review financial transactions, and assist in budget modification and contract closeout processes.

Requirements

  • Develop financial and quantitative analysis reports
  • Perform quality assurance checks of financial transaction packages
  • Assist in budget modification process of federal, city and state capital funds
  • Review and process financial transaction requests within Capital Projects Division's e-Builder platform and NYCHA's financial management system, Oracle
  • Assist in contract closeout process
  • Develop the Capital Federal Plan
