Job Description
Kilpatrick is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their Pricing & Analytics team, working remotely from their Atlanta office. The ideal candidate is analytically curious, comfortable working with large datasets, and eager to build expertise in a dynamic, fast-paced professional services environment.

Requirements

  • Develop, publish, and maintain routine reports and Power BI dashboards
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable visual outputs
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reporting deliverables
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver analyses
  • Communicate findings clearly and concisely
  • Document reporting logic, data sources, and refresh processes
  • Collaborate with broader Finance and Accounting teams to reconcile data and validate reporting outputs
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to automate or streamline reporting workflows
