Role Overview

The Financial Analyst will process invoices, assist with Electronic Data Interchanges (EDI's), and provide backup to the Senior Financial Analyst. The role is part of the Fiscal section of the Division of Administration, which provides overall leadership and administrative support for all Divisions. The Division impacts Ohioans every day by promoting prosperity for businesses and licensees through proactive outreach, education, and customer-focused service.

What You Will Do

Process invoices, process Interstate Transfer Vouchers (ISTV's), assist with Electronic Data Interchanges (EDI's), assist with group mailbox monitoring, assist with issue resolution between department, divisions, and suppliers, provide backup to Senior Financial Analyst, and assist with training of new hires.

Requirements

  • 30 months of experience or 30 months of training in accounting and/or finance
  • Intermediate level of experience in spreadsheet software
  • Completion of undergraduate core program in business administration, accounting, finance or related field
  • 6 months of experience or 6 months of training in accounting and/or finance
  • 12 months of experience as Financial Associate
