Role OverviewThe Financial Analyst, Performance Management supports NRG Business through financial forecasting, performance reporting, and business analytics. This role partners closely with Sales, Operations, FP&A, Business Strategy, and other cross-functional teams to translate financial and operational data into clear insights that support both day-to-day execution and strategic decision-making.
What You Will Do
Support P&L forecasting, performance reporting, and variance analysis, analyze business drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities impacting EBITDA, develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses for leadership and sales teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or similar field.
- 2–4 years of relevant financial, analytical, or related experience
- Experience with AI and AI tools
- Strong Excel skillset; experience with Power BI or other analytics tools is a plus
- Ability to synthesize large datasets into clear, concise insights
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
