Role OverviewResponsible for creating and maintaining weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting as well as ad hoc requests. Analyze actual vs. forecast/budget variances for various functions. Participate in the month-end close by analyzing variances to forecast and budgets and documenting variances with business leaders.
What You Will Do
Create, maintain, automate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, including profit bridges, operations productivity, monthly close packages, and Board of Director packages. Lead the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts in Hyperion. Assist with/lead the forecasting of the balance sheet and cash flow.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Excellent MS office skills required, especially Microsoft Excel. Ability to communicate complex financial issues in simple terms, strong interpersonal skills. Experience in manufacturing or distribution companies a plus.
