Requirements

  • Maintain various financial trackers
  • Assist in preparation and maintenance of employee utilization reports
  • Assist in month-end closing processes
  • Journal entry preparation
  • Updating budgets with month-end actuals
  • Supporting practice groups with financial data
  • Monitor and resolve revenue, budgeting, billing, invoicing, and payment issues
  • Collaborate with client service teams
  • Validate vendor invoices
  • Ensure compliance with client contracts
  • Maintain job tracker
  • Monitor job code creation and job closures
  • Maintain billing tracker
  • Diligently maintain the billing tracker
  • Partner with client service and billers to set up/initiate job closures
