Job Description
The Invoice Analyst plays a key role in our Business Operations team, reviewing and approving repetitive construction invoices, communicating status updates, and exercising independent judgment in significant invoicing matters.

Requirements

  • Review and approve repetitive construction invoices
  • Communicate status updates and resolve invoice-related issues with stakeholders
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant invoicing matters
  • Research vendor inquiries and confirm payment of invoices
  • Manage a high volume of invoices, including handling complex cases
  • Interpret color-coded maps to validate invoice accuracy
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with invoicing Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Utilize Sphere for invoice processing (preferred)
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed
  • Process reserved construction invoice line items
  • Perform additional business operations tasks as assigned
  • Ensure regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
