Job Description
Join D&S Community Services as a Financial Analyst and support key business initiatives with insightful financial analysis, reporting, and recommendations. As a remote position, you'll collaborate closely with finance and operational leaders to enhance decision-making and performance across the organization.

Requirements

  • Prepare monthly management reports with insightful commentary and actionable analysis
  • Perform detailed analysis of income statements, expense trends, and key business metrics
  • Collect, analyze, and present financial data to support understanding of operational performance
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor financial results
  • Drive standardization and consistency across all reporting and metrics
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with internal finance and business partners
  • Collaborate with field and corporate leaders to develop meaningful reports for decision-making
  • Support quarterly and annual forecasting and budgeting processes
  • Prepare materials for leadership meetings, including executive and board-level presentations
  • Assist with tracking of investments and projects across various departments
  • Ensure accuracy of all financial reporting and data integrity
