Job Description
We are seeking a Financial Associate to maintain the division's fleet management, perform inventory audits and compliance reviews, and prepare financial reports. The position is located at the Division of Oil & Gas, headquartered at Fountain Square main campus in Franklin County. The starting hourly pay is $22.96/hr with multiple pay increases over 5.5 years of service.

Requirements

  • Maintains division's fleet management of statewide vehicles, wireless devices & inventory control
  • Travels to field locations to perform inventory audits & compliance reviews
  • Creates vehicle expenditure, maintenance contracts & other reports
  • Prepares, compiles & verifies statistical, financial, accounting or auditing data
  • Prepares invoices for processing
  • Verifies & codes documents
