Nusenda Credit Union is seeking a Financial Consultant to join their Paseo del Norte Branch. The Financial Consultant will be a trusted financial resource to existing and potential members, utilizing a consultative approach to evaluate, educate, and fulfill members' financial needs.

Requirements

  • Three to five years of similar or related experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Knowledge of Teller and Platform Operations
  • Ability to provide exceptional service
  • Accuracy in numbers, procedural detail, processing, and balancing negotiable instruments
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, deal with sensitive information, and handle problem resolution
  • Effective communication with internal and external customers
