As Financial Controller, you will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow management. You will also develop and implement financial strategies, monitor financial performance, and prepare financial reports.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Professional certification such as CPA is highly desirable
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role, with at least two years of experience in finance as a Financial Controller
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices associated with GAAP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and present findings clearly
- Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office, with advanced Excel skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Sound knowledge of budgeting, financial modeling, and forecasting
- The ability to lead others toward a desired outcome while fostering a positive attitude
- Exposure to the financial aspects of construction projects
