Role OverviewWe are hiring an experienced Financial Controller to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and internal controls. This role ensures compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), strengthens financial processes, and provides financial guidance to support business and operational goals.
What You Will Do
Lead accounting operations, execute financial strategies, prepare financial statements, forecasts, cash flow analyses, and short- and long-term financial projections, monitor daily bank balances, cash flow, and P&L performance, maintain accounting systems, financial records, internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience

- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Extensive experience with account reconciliations, budgeting, financial statements, and general accounting operations
- Advanced computer skills and the ability to learn and operate specialized accounting software, including Timberline and Viewpoint
- Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records, and meet strict deadlines
