Job Description
Build the financial foundations that scale a global platform for Thanks, a customer-first monetization platform. The role involves creating a finance function from scratch and building systems and controls for long-term scale.

Requirements

  • 7+ years' progressive experience in accounting or finance, including experience gained within high-growth technology businesses
  • CPA or CA qualification required
  • Proven experience building or significantly scaling a finance function
  • Strong understanding of complex revenue models - adtech preferred, with marketplaces (or similar two-sided models) or fintech also suitable
  • Deep understanding of cash flow, forecasting, and partner settlement dynamics
  • Comfortable operating daily across execution, systems, and strategy
  • Strong commercial judgment, able to translate numbers into clear business insight
  • Experience working across multiple geographies and currencies
  • Confidence partnering closely with founders and senior leaders
