Job Description
We're building a customer-first monetization platform and hiring a Financial Controller to build our finance function from the ground up. This is a zero-to-one role for a senior operator who thrives in complexity, with ownership of financial foundations, systems, and strategy for a fast-growing, multi-market business.

Requirements

  • 7+ years' progressive experience in accounting or finance
  • CPA or CA qualification
  • Proven experience building or significantly scaling a finance function
  • Strong understanding of complex revenue models
  • Deep understanding of cash flow, forecasting, and partner settlement dynamics
  • Comfortable operating daily across execution, systems, and strategy
  • Strong commercial judgment, able to translate numbers into clear business insight
  • Experience working across multiple geographies and currencies
  • Confidence partnering closely with founders and senior leaders
