Job Description
As a Financial Counselor, you will be responsible for verifying demographic and financial information, reviewing and interpreting insurance benefits, and providing financial counseling and screening, among other duties.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of third-party payer relationships as well as relevant state and federal health programs
  • Ability to adapt to and implement changing registration procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual English/Spanish abilities, preferred
  • PC proficiency and basic math knowledge
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Independent decision-making skills and sound judgment
