Role OverviewThis position is responsible for serving as a patient advocate by helping patients understand their financial obligations and identifying solutions that support timely payment while maintaining access to care.
What You Will Do
Generate and communicate patient estimates, screen patients for Financial Assistance, advise patients of CoPays, Coinsurance, and/or Deductible amounts, and provide patients with different payment plan options.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous medical billing/collecting experience required, minimum of 1 year of experience preferred
- Good understanding of Fair Lending guidelines and collection policies
