Job Description
The Agency of Education is looking for a collaborative, detail driven financial professional to join their team as the Financial Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in governmental accounting, grant management, or public finance and experience supervising accounting or financial staff.

Requirements

  • Strong background in governmental accounting, grant management, or public finance
  • Experience supervising accounting or financial staff
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a compliance driven environment
  • Deep knowledge of federal regulations (EDGAR, 2CFR Part 200), and state regulations (bulletin 5)
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with internal and external partners
