Job Description
We have an immediate opening for a Remote Financial Educator to join our team at US Fertility. The Financial Educator will provide financial education and assistance to patients throughout their care, and maintain patient accounts by obtaining and updating personal financial and insurance information.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of medical business office experience
  • Working knowledge of healthcare billing and collections, insurance/benefits, and patient interaction
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience working in an OB/GYN office is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills, and high level of customer service
