Job Description
The Department of Vermont Health Access is looking for a Financial Manager III who can manage over a billion dollars in annual healthcare spending across diverse funding sources and complex payment arrangements. The role requires strengths in data analysis, budgeting, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who can lean on a team to stay informed, invested, and accountable.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting or a discipline with 20 credit hours in accounting
Three or more years of professional level accounting experience, including experience managing programs, funding sources, or staff
Experience working with the VISION system (VISION is the State of Vermont PeopleSoft financial management system)
