Job Description
AgCountry Farm Credit Services is seeking a Financial Officer - Business Development for a sales focused role. The incumbent will service the following counties: Adair, Boone, Dallas, Guthrie and Madison in Iowa. The role involves marketing and promoting all the organization's core products, focused on deepening wallet share and cross-sell opportunities, and responsible for retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Ag Business, Accounting, Finance, Agricultural Economics, Animal Science or closely related field
  • 8 + years' experience in Market/Business Development: Lending or credit analysis experience in a related financial services or agricultural credit organization, along with experience in relationship management and/or sales
