Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Financial Planner to work in close partnership with senior advisors, including the firm's founder. This role is designed for a thoughtful practitioner who values depth over volume—someone who takes pride in precision, operates effectively within a collaborative, high-trust environment, and is motivated by meaningful client impact.
What You Will Do
Partner closely with advisors to design and implement integrated planning strategies, contribute meaningfully in client meetings, develop and maintain financial plans, and collaborate closely with the firm's in-house tax team.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Financial Planning, or a related field
- CFP certification required
- Active Series 7, Series 66 or Series 63/65, and insurance licenses
- ~8+ years of experience in wealth management with a strong planning focus
- Expertise across tax, estate, retirement, and investment planning
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and convey complex ideas clearly
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with CRM systems and core planning tools
- Collaborative mindset, sound judgment, and commitment to professional growth
- Demonstrated record of professional growth and increasing responsibility within wealth management
