Job Description
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will be a strategic partner managing the financial planning for the Organization and ensuring SFM’s financial health is solid so it can carry out its mission. The responsibilities include providing actionable financial insights and building the analytical infrastructure that supports sound decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • 6 years of progressive Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) or corporate finance experience
  • 3 or more years’ experience in a people leadership capacity
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong command of financial modeling and controls, budgeting methodologies, and management reporting
  • Excellent knowledge of data tools, automation initiatives, or financial systems implementation with comfort working at the boundary of finance and technology is essential
  • Exceptional communication skills; able to present complex financial information with clarity and confidence to non-financial audiences
  • First rate customer service and interpersonal skills and ability to build sound relationships with internal and external customers
