Role OverviewThe Financial Planning Analyst provides analytical and administrative support to the Financial Planning team, helping advisors deliver exceptional service to clients and prospective clients. This role is responsible for coordinating schedules, preparing meeting materials, managing communications, and supporting the day-to-day operations that keep the planning process running efficiently.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include serving as liaison between financial advisors and their established/prospective clients, scheduling and coordinating client and prospect meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and maintaining client account records.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance
- 2 successful internships in the wealth management industry
- SIE, Series 7, Series 66, and VA Life/Health licenses within the first 120 days of employment
- Strong work ethic, client service orientation, job commitment, initiative, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to work with all levels of management and anticipate support requirements
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to exercise independent judgment with minimal supervision and maintain a high degree of confidentiality regarding organization and personal matters
