Job Description
Role Overview

The Financial Program Manager will support the agency's Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) by managing all financial components tied to the system's federal Advance Planning Documents (APDs). The role involves developing and maintaining both Planning and Implementation APDs, creating detailed budgets and cost projections, and ensuring all documentation aligns with federal CCWIS requirements and funding rules. The manager will also lead the agency's Cost Allocation Plan (CAP), designing and updating cost pool structures and allocation methodologies, and overseeing cost allocation processing within OAKS.

What You Will Do

The Financial Program Manager will monitor expenditures against approved budgets, analyze variances, implement corrective actions, and prepare all required federal submissions. The role also involves close coordination with program, fiscal, and IT teams to implement changes to allocation methodologies, preparing documentation and responding to federal reviews and audits related to cost allocation and APD funding.
