Role OverviewThe Financial Program Manager will provide excellent customer service and assistance to internal customers for all aspects of travel program. The role involves developing, implementing, and improving travel program business processes to ensure compliance with state and federal travel rules. The manager will work with ODOT Event Coordinator and Division/District personnel to ensure successful organization and execution of major conferences and events. Additionally, the manager will compile, prepare, and validate travel data related to financial disclosure reporting for ODOT filers.
What You Will Do
The Financial Program Manager will provide customer service, develop and implement business processes, work with event coordinators, and compile travel data. The manager will also assist and support the Purchasing team functions, ensuring proper purchasing guidance is followed and timely and accurate Payment card processing.
