Role OverviewThe Financial Program Manager will provide excellent customer service and assistance to internal customers for all aspects of travel program, develop and implement business processes to ensure compliance with state and federal travel rules, and work with ODOT Event Coordinator and Division/District personnel to ensure successful organization and execution of major conferences and events.
What You Will Do
Compile, prepare, and validate travel data related to financial disclosure reporting for ODOT filers, assist and support Purchasing team functions, and ensure proper purchasing guidance is followed.
