Job Description
Manage & coordinate ODOT's Federal Highway Administration financial program, formulate, develop, enforce & implement program policy, review federally funded projects for compliance & maximum funding amounts, analyze ODOT related federal notices and legislation to determine impact on current and future funding.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of federal funding rules and FHWA requirements
  • Careful and detail-oriented when reviewing documents and timelines
  • Able to coordinate well with local, state, and federal partners
  • Good at identifying issues and finding solutions
  • Clear communicator who can prepare accurate, professional responses
