Job Description
Manage & coordinate ODOT's Federal Highway Administration financial program, formulate, develop, enforce & implement program policy, review federally funded projects for compliance & maximum funding amounts, analyze ODOT related federal notices and legislation to determine impact on current and future funding.
Requirements
Strong understanding of federal funding rules and FHWA requirements
Careful and detail-oriented when reviewing documents and timelines
Able to coordinate well with local, state, and federal partners
Good at identifying issues and finding solutions
Clear communicator who can prepare accurate, professional responses
