Role OverviewAs a Financial Recovery Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the Financial Recovery team through administrative, clerical, and member service functions. This role focuses on maintaining accurate records, assisting with delinquent accounts, and providing exceptional service to members and vendors, while contributing to the overall success of the department.
What You Will Do
Performs clerical duties as assigned by management. Processes GAP and Extended Warranty for repossessed vehicles. Issues final notice charge-off letters. Works on in-house charge off accounts for payment arrangements and follow-up.
