Job Description
Manages financial accounting and regulatory reporting with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Federal Reserve for the company in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), SEC public company regulations, and bank regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • Prior experience working in a finance related field, preferably in banking
  • Advanced financial acumen
  • Advanced understanding of financial reporting regulations and laws
  • Advanced understanding of SEC and federal financial reporting requirements
  • Intermediate knowledge of GAAP
  • Intermediate accounting research skills
