Job Description
Driven Brands has an excellent opportunity available for a Financial Reporting Manager to join our dynamic team. The Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for the preparation of debt securitization and debt covenant compliance reporting, as well as financial information utilized within the Company’s Franchise Disclosure Documents, whilst remaining current on new GAAP pronouncements as they are released and assess the impact to the Company.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in accounting or related field
  • CPA required
  • 5+ years of Finance experience, including experience auditing public companies
  • Experience with financial statement preparation and reporting
  • Strong technical accounting background with knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and financial reporting requirements
  • Experience obtaining and analyzing data from an ERP and database management systems
  • Understanding of transaction cash flows
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Clear and transparent communication skills
  • Structured and analytical thinking
