Working under direct supervision, the Financial Service Representative 1 (Personal Banker) serves as the first point of contact for members seeking assistance with accounts, consumer loans, and everyday transactions.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include opening new accounts, supporting member transactions, assisting with HELOC and consumer loan applications, and maintaining basic knowledge of all credit union products and services—including deposit accounts, loans, and basic IRAs.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Six months to two years of experience in a customer service, retail, or financial environment

- Notary Public license required (or must obtain within designated timeframe)
