Role OverviewAs a Financial Service Representative, you serve as an advocate and financial expert dedicated to helping members achieve their financial goals. You will engage in meaningful conversations with members to understand their financial needs and serve them with the right products at the right time. You will build positive relationships and earn member trust to retain long-term connections.
What You Will Do
Your primary role is to use a proven methodology to identify members' needs and make financial recommendations. You will also be responsible for member account maintenance, guiding and assisting members and business partners through loan applications and other member requests.
