Job Description
Financial Service Trainee position providing customer service on behalf of Credit Unions/Banks nationwide, handling inbound calls and occasionally returning messages, with opportunities for growth and learning additional skills.

Requirements

  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend complex instructions
  • Mathematical skills to accurately add, subtract, divide, and multiply
  • Computer skills, including typing and troubleshooting basic computer issues
  • Exceptional attendance record and ability to work scheduled days/evenings, Saturday or Sunday, and some Holidays
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, handle challenging situations, and maintain excellent customer service
