RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administer and integrate Orion portfolio accounting system, including setup of user credentials and production codes

  • Audit new accounts and ensure accurate data across systems for billing, reporting, and performance tracking

  • Establish and maintain custodial data feeds (Fidelity, Schwab, Assetmark, American Funds, SEI, PCS Retirement)

  • Reconcile account activity to support client performance reporting and ad-hoc leadership requests

  • Manage advisor escalations related to reporting and client portal inquiries

  • Maintain investment products, asset class models, and Eclipse models within Orion Connect

  • Collaborate with Custodial, Investment Operations, and Transition teams to enhance workflows, support onboarding, and lead performance data migrations


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • +5 years of experience working in or with Orion Advisor Tech, or a similar platform
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to serve as one of the recognized subject matter experts on the team
  • Demonstrates business acumen and the ability to interact with senior leaders and stakeholders across multiple divisions
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills are needed in this role
  • Detail-oriented and adept at prioritizing and completing tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills are essential
