Role Overview

Morgan Stanley's Return to Work Program is a 16-week paid program for experienced professionals who have taken a career break. The program places participants in roles that align with their existing expertise while also broadening their horizons through comprehensive training, mentorship, and professional development.

What You Will Do

As an unlicensed Financial Services Representative, you will use your customer service skills and problem-solving abilities to engage clients via incoming calls and answer questions related to their stock portfolios. You will also provide excellent customer service, educate clients on Morgan Stanley's competitive advantage, and identify additional products they would benefit from.

Why It Might Be a Fit

If you have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, or Administration, or have an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, and have at least 2 years of work experience in a customer-facing role, you may be a good fit for this program. You will also be required to work a hybrid schedule (3 days a week in office) and be flexible to adapt to the needs of the program.
