This role is responsible for operating the branch effectively, maximizing growth, and following policies for effective collection of accounts.
What You Will Do
You'll guide customers toward upward credit mobility, provide top-tier customer service, process loan applications, take and process payments, and balance assigned cash drawers. You'll also maintain strong customer relationships and build community within your branch.
