Role OverviewMorgan Stanley's Return to Work program is designed for experienced professionals who have taken a career break and are now eager to return to the workforce. The program will run from January 18, 2027, through May 7, 2027, in the Tampa office. As a Financial Services Representative, you will engage with clients via incoming calls, answer questions related to their stock portfolios, and provide excellent customer service.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing customer service, educating clients on Morgan Stanley's competitive advantage, identifying additional products they would benefit from, and driving sales by engaging customers and identifying new opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, or Administration
- At least 2 years of work experience in a customer-facing role

- Legally authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship for employment visa status
