Role OverviewAmericor is seeking a Financial Consultant to join their team. As a Financial Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for people looking for a way forward financially. You'll take the time to understand their situation, walk them through their options, and help them find a solution that can make a real difference.
What You Will Do
Consult with clients to assess their finances and determine if debt settlement is a viable option. Handle inbound calls while also proactively reaching out to leads provided by the company. Educate clients on the debt settlement process, including how it works, potential risks, and benefits.

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience enrolling customers into debt settlement programs
- 2+ years of sales experience in a call center with a proven track record of success
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-driven attitude
- Minimum of 2 years of experience utilizing a CRM to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate documentation
- Proficient in Google Workspace, email communication, managing customer inquiries, multitasking, and internet navigation
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly and effectively
- Must be available to work evenings and/or weekends as required
