Role OverviewHDR is looking for a results-driven self-starter to work within our EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) Cloud systems support team. The Financial Systems Analyst will play a meaningful role in maintaining and reviewing the design and configuration of EPM Cloud applications, participate in ongoing testing and design changes, and training users on business processes and systems.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include system administration and operation of EPM Cloud applications, metadata/master data administration, writing and maintaining EPM system business rules, and maintaining data exchange and pipelines.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Business/Accounting/Finance preferred) or equivalent years of experience
- A minimum of 1 year of related experience
- Capacity to become the subject matter expert for applications
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work across functional teams
- Experience authoring business requirements, functional specs and test scripts.
- Project management skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Ticket management and issue resolution including working with 3rd party support vendors as needed
