Role OverviewHDR is looking for a results-driven self-starter to work within our EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) Cloud systems support team. The Financial Systems Analyst role will primarily focus on the TRC and ESG applications with secondary support of FCC, ARC, and other modules, as needed.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities will include technical support, system administration, metadata administration, writing and maintaining EPM system business rules, and maintaining data exchange and pipelines. The Financial Systems Analyst will also present system changes to the internal Change Advisory Board (CAB) and develop and maintain EPM Financial Reports.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business analytics, or applicable field
- 3+ years of experience in a large organization serving in a finance/accounting/systems support role

- Self-motivated, well organized, and able to work well independently on multiple priorities with conflicting deadlines
