Job Description
Financial Systems Analyst is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving system solutions. This role involves business process redesign, data management, testing, validation, and training. The analyst will drive broader RBDC Finance training efforts and support key change projects. They will also serve as a subject matter expert and ensure data integrity across RBDC systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • High performer with understanding of financial processes
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong computer skills, proficiency with Excel and reporting
  • RPA experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-starter and problem-solver
