Job Description
Provide exceptional table service in a fine dining environment with knowledge of Japanese cuisine, sushi, and sake pairings. Maintain a clean and organized dining environment, and work with chefs to ensure accurate order execution. Must have 2-3 years of fine dining serving experience and knowledge of Japanese culinary traditions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of fine dining serving experience
  • Strong knowledge of Japanese culinary traditions, sushi terminology, and ingredients
  • Familiarity with sake, wine, and beverage pairings
  • Exceptional communication and guest engagement skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Food Handler and Alcohol Service Certification (as required by local regulations)
