Role OverviewThe Fine Dinning Cook - PM plays a key role in delivering a refined dining experience through exceptional culinary execution in a high-end, Southwestern-inspired restaurant setting. This position is responsible for preparing elevated menu items with precision, creativity, and consistency. The ideal candidate is passionate about regional cuisine, embraces scratch cooking techniques, and takes pride in working with locally sourced and garden-grown ingredients.
What You Will Do
Prepare, cook, and plate specialty menu items according to Corn Maiden recipes and presentation standards. Execute techniques appropriate for fine dining, including grilling, roasting, sautéing, and specialty methods unique to Southwestern cuisine.

Requirements
- 2+ years of culinary experience, preferably in fine dining or specialty regional cuisine.
- Strong working knowledge of kitchen techniques, high-volume prep, and food safety standards.
- Passion for Southwestern, Indigenous, and locally inspired cuisine.
- Ability to follow detailed recipes, plating standards, and chef direction.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs demand.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable in working in an open kitchen
